We are pleased to be able to invest your rent dollars into the community again this year. In 2009, we invested $190,000 back into the community with improvements such as hallway painting and carpeting, carport painting, roof replacements and remodeling the fitness center. Our list of improvement projects for 2010 is just as aggressive with over $250,000 being invested back into the community. The list of projects includes asphalt replacement and repair, building wood repair and painting, carport painting, roof replacements, concrete repairs, some hallway carpet and painting, electrical updates and more!
