Eastwood Village Apartments would like to congratulate Jessica Jones on her promotion to Assistant Manager. She currently is a vital part of our sister property Knottingham Apartments and is ready to work as the Assistant Manager to both Eastwood Village and Knottingham Apartments! We also want to wish good luck to Jennifer VanHeest (Assistant Manager) in her new role as she will be leaving us this week.

Don't forget all of our money saving promotions! All residents get $200 off rent for referring a friend and students can receive up to $200 off their rent with an "A" report card.

Food Drive

Dec 11, 2012

Eastwood Village along with Paragon Properties is doing a food drive for Gleaner's food bank until Dec 15, 2012. Please bring in any nonperishable canned or boxed food items for someone in need for the holiday season. You can also bring in personal care items or make a monetary donation.

We are now allowing dogs up to 75 pounds in certain dog-friendly buildings with management approval. Please see the management office for details.

All residents get $300 off rent for referring a friend! *They must move in by December 31, 2012.
