This weekend there are host of family fun events to enjoy!
Elmo’s Super Heroes
From January 28 – February 12th, an audience delight comes to the Fox Theatre in Detroit.
“The entire gang – including Elmo, Abby Caddaby and Big Bird – is on a mission to help Super Grover get his super stuff back in this Sesame Street Live show.The group sings and dances their way through important lessons on healthy living – encouraging kids to eat right, exercise and maintain good hygiene.”
Ticket prices range from $12 to $65, with matinee and Family Night tickets going for $10. Family Nights are Jan. 27, Feb. 2, Feb. 9.

Chillin’ at the Mills Winter Festival
if you want some full-on winter activity, try visiting the “Chillin’ at the Mills Winter Festival” at Hudson Mills Metropark in Dexter.
Activities range from dog sledding, learning to snowshoe, learning winter survival tips, to building a shelter.
The fun starts at 11am and runs until 2pm.

Under the African Sky at Wild Swan Theater
Enjoy a production of African folktales at the Ann Arbor annual event held at Towsley Auditorium. Held January 26-28th.
With live action, puppetry and audience participation, this family event is amongst the favorites. The storytelling features African music and dance to engage you.
Shows are: 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Thursday and Friday,
Saturday at 11 a.m.
