In the Spirit of Appreciation,
I’d like to recognize someone who I know is a gem, but probably doesn’t get the recognition he deserves. Why?
Simply because he does his job so well and without fanfare.
It’s a well known fact that when things are going well not much is said, but when things are going bad, boy you sure do hear it.
That’s probably why things are so quiet around him.

I’d like to thank Derrick Harris for being such a great person!
Derrick is a staff member at Park Lane Apartments who does “all of the heavy lifting”, as I call it. Derrick goes above and beyond to make sure that the needs of Park Lane residents are taken care of to the best possible end, promptly, and that residents are happy and satisfied.
Derrick always has a happy cheerful heartfelt “Good Morning” or “Hello” for everyone.
Thank you Derrick for taking such great care of my home.

I agree! Derrick truly loves his job and it shows. He is always smiles and keeps a positive mind set in all that he does. He finds joy in a job well done and making our residents happy.
