Back to school already? Ewwwww. But at least Western Michigan University is looking to make it a little easier for students and their parents this semester.

The university will once again offer its one-stop service center to families who need to take care of last-minute business at the start of the spring semester. The One-Stop Convenience Center is located on the second floor of the Bernhard Center and will be available for one week, Jan. 5-12, offering campus services in a centralized location.

The Center’s hours are as follows:

  • Wednesday, Jan. 5: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Thursday, Jan. 6: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Friday, Jan. 7: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Monday, Jan. 10: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Jan. 11: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Jan. 12: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Some basic services that will be offered include parking permits, on-campus housing, information on financial aid, student accounts, employment, immunizations and health care services. Representatives also will be on hand from several key departments, including:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Admissions
  • Career and Student Employment Services
  • Financial Aid and scholarships
  • Information Technology
  • Parking Services
  • Registrar’s Office
  • Residence Life
  • Sindecuse Health Center

Students can also get new or replacement Bronco ID cards in Room 109 of the Bernhard Center, and add or update meal plans in Room 161. Apparel, electronics, textbooks, fast-food restaurants and more can also be found in the building.

So are you excited yet? If you’re an incoming Bronco, let us know in the comments section below.
